First of all I was worried from the beginning because I booked with blue island and a esky confirmation arrived, anyway that turned out alright. ( just a bit confusing) I knew before I was flying with flybe that they was in partnership with blue Ireland. Flying from East Midlands to Jersey the comfort was very poor it was freezing cold So I thought I will have a hot drink but there was no hot water, these things happen so didn’t saying anything. Coming back to East Midlands from Jersey again the comfort was cold not as bad as going but maybe because that I was on the aisle seat I’m not sure. However I do need to make you aware that the stewardess In which was in both flights going and coming back was absolutely faultless she was very professional very friendly her security checks Was so on point I’ve been flying for many years With flybe and I’ve never seen such a professional stewardess.

Perfect
Birmingham to Amsterdam. Great journey. The crew were friendly , obliging, flight punctual on take off and landed early- bonus. Stress free journey. Just one request why do passengers beyond business class not be seated from the rear of the plane to avoid queues inside the aircraft.

Flybe are just awful
My Flybe flight (the last one of the evening) from Jersey to Guernsey was cancelled without any prior notification to me. I arrived at the airport in plenty of time, only to be told of a cancellation and asked if I had received a text. No text was sent. I was therefore stranded on Jersey, my hotel pre-booked on Guernsey and no offer of transport / accommodation or compensation. It will be my last booking with Flybe...…..

Cash squeezing company
I traveled one way with cabin bag, the same bag while return not allowed to carry, because the two wheels are beyond the maximum level of width and the weight is only 6.5 kg. I forced to pay 35 euros extra there. Looking to squeeze money from passengers. At the same time, after the security clearance while sitting, I saw some passengers carrying larger bags with more weights. why two attitudes? I will advice don't travel with flybee.
