Parfait comme toujours

Review of flight experience.

Aircrew were very nice, but the food was average. Plane seats were very cramped, but this is probably the same for all airlines. The short hop from Sydney to Auckland, the seating was even more cramped and I am not a big person.

Outstanding

Flight attendants on Qantas were outstanding and it was apparent from the first minute they were making extra effort. I couldn’t praise them highly enough. We had a long wait at Singapore for “ refuelling” but it may have been as much about waiting for an electrical storm at Perth airport to pass.

Stuck in middle seat

There were outside seats free and I was put in the middle seat of what are, without a question, the worst seats I've ever travelled on.

Overall good experience, some points to improve like punctuality, ticket prices more a doc of the service they give, food can be better

good service and decent food

food was dismal

qantas staff were really good at keeping us hydrated, much appreciated, but the food was not great. The feta and chard pie on the midnight flight from Perth to Melbourne was beautifully hot but inedible for me. Too salty and 'specialised' in is content.
