LaGuardia airport one of the prettiest airports they overhaul

I had a friend that worked on LaGuardia and it was very clean and lovely he did a wonderful job for New York City his name is Dudley

Horrible me cancelaron el viaje y nos hicieron dormir en un pozo todo helado y con un aire acondicionado fuerte y había niños guaguas

Tuve un viaje de Nueva York a Miami lo cual en primera instancia me cancelaron el viaje luego reprogramaron la hora, posterior a eso yo ya había comprado el equipaje de mis maletas y al tomar el vuelo que fue reprogramado me volvieron a cobrar, en primera instancia pague 120, luego 198, me atendió supervisora nombre hillary espinosa y otra niña que estaba hay, lo cual me comunique en todo momento directo con la supervisora ya que ella hablaba español. me cobro dos veces el equipaje lo cual me dijo que reclamara al llegar al aeropuerto de Miami por que ya el avión estaba a punto de salir. Y me Amenazo y me dijo responda luego o la dejare bajo el vuelo, llego a Miami voy hacer el reclamo y me dicen que tengo que enviar un correo directo con ustedes y dejar reclamo en la página por que ellos no hacen reembolso y ella efectivamente no me podía cobrar dos veces ella debía haberme cambiado el ticket y pagar la diferencia ya que me cobro un equipaje de dos maletas que tenían que ir en bodega y no se fueron ustedes al revisar verificarán que fue así, por favor solicito mi devolución, adjunto todo tipo de prueba y comprobantes quedó atenta y a la espera gracias.

Busy and construction everywhere but will be nice on day, need to communicate that Parking garage C is reservation only

There was a lot of delay at the runway

Horrible getting from one terminal to another! Too much walking then getting on a bus.

I was in shock

I dont know if that is ok in america but in every airport I ever been , even the smallest one there was at least a little restaurant, cafeteria and shop and of course the toilets but not in this one! You come straight away to check in and no toilets until you pass passport control and hand luggage control. There is no even place to sit!!! So, because last moment I didn't have any choice and had to take my luggage with me and I had 3 drinks and 3 bottles of water which of course I couldn't take with me - I didn't have chance to sit and drink them as if I drink them all there are no toilets , no sits, no anything that ppl could use !!! So I had to throw everything away even I hate to throw useful stuff! Just terrible how everything made in this airport! In the end of everything my tickets didn't have any information in which terminal I have to go so I just had qute good guess , still I've get till arrivals but needed departures - the funniest thing was that departures were above arrivals - two escalators were going down and noone up, so I had to carry bag all way up! No any comfort for old and disabled!
